What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of guided hypnosis. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy that includes inducing a deep state of relaxation in order to by-pass the conscious mind and access the subconscious to help bring about positive changes to thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours.
